Disputado en la Isla del Puerto de Concepción del Uruguay, la organización estuvo a cargo de la Asociación Entrerriana de Triatlón y la Municipalidad de Concepción del Uruguay, con su equipo de autoridades de la Dirección de Deportes, de Cultura y de Turismo, entre otras autoridades de Isla del Puerto y con la coolaboración del Club Regatas Uruguay. Fiscalizó: AET (Asociación Entrerriana de Triatlón) y Federación Argentina de Triatlón (jueces nacionales y de la AET).
